Homesteading

We have embarked on the adventure of HOMESTEADING!  We are not homesteading to move off the grid but rather to learn new skills and have the self-appreciation of doing certain things ourselves!  By doing this we can enjoy things we either grew ourselves or made ourselves!  This may be herbs and vegetables, fruit trees, propagating plants; raising different types of chickens and pigs, aquarium and pond fish; wood working, crafts, building chicken coops, baking and culinary creations, taping trees for maple syrup, butchering, ice sculptures, and on and on!  We will be creating some videos and adding photos just showing some ideas we are trying.  Maybe some of these ideas can get you motivated to try something new, have fun, and bring a smile to your loved one!  Check out our GALLERY photos too!
