11 Tips for Trips With Someone Who Can't Move Her Arms and Legs...

… and anyone else with limited mobility. See what it takes to go away for a weekend!
11 TIPS (details in video):
1. Mountain of cushions to keep my legs in place
2. Car food can't be messy and must be easy to eat!
3. Look for a bright spot... anything that isn't boohoo! There's always something!
4. Closing my eyes while eating and drinking helps my brain concentrate, so I don't choke
5. Cushion helps support neck
6. Don't stress! PRAY! And watch God do His God thing! TRY IT!
7. Use pillow to prop yourself up between the wall and the “throne”
8. Use a truck tie-down strap as a seatbelt to keep from falling over the other way
9. Make sure the Lift is there for extra safety!
10. Can't always do anything about this, but need opening under bed for Lift.
11. Planning, hard work and PATIENCE makes it possible!
BONUS tip: Have fun! Things are going to happen that stink. Expect it. Go with the flow and make the best of it!
